got the frame for 37 dollars and that set the mood for the build; build it cheap, but build it well. more to come, but it’s going to be running campy gear with home built wheels on campy hubs 🙂 -peter
so zoran at twin works factory west sent me these shots to update me on the progress of the gsr600 swingarm. this is before he did anything to it!!! how kick ass does that look!!! it’s wider than the frame is, haha he now has the go ahead from me to continue on and start…
so finally! haha, well, it’s still being built, i promise! 😉 so what’s new? probably a lot, the Farfarer Touring front mini rack hasn’t been installed on a photo up on the blog so far, the crankset, the lack of a front derailleur (see crankset haha). the brakes are back on, i had removed them…

so, i finished getting the Volpe rideable as of yesterday… or maybe the day before, time is irrelevant 😉 anyhow, i got the SRAM X9 long cage rear derailleur on there with connected to the cranks by a KMC DX10SC 10spd chain. i ran into some issues with the top rear of the derailleurs cage…
