so this is my Gunnar Sport, an all around beauty built by hand in Waterford, WI. this season i’m running mostly Campagnolo Chorus 11spd stuff with the exceptions of a Super Record front derailleur and SRAM Red standard cranks. i’m in love with campy’s new shifters, the redesigned ergo’s are to die for! everything else…
Wow, so it’s been awhile since I’ve had the SV out from under it’s table cloth covering, cowering in the corner of the garage like a wounded animal. (haha, what?!) But as it’s too cruddy to bike or really work on the Wagoneer, I was in need of a project to keep my idle mind…
got a few more parts in the mail as well as installing fenders on the 750, more pictures of that in the next week or so, as well as some changes from the Bianchi’s kit. the 950 however is all ready to ride, minus a bottle cage, Chain Keeper, rim tape, tubes, tires, and grips….
so i drove up to Seattle today to get the Bianchi Volpe back from R+E Cycles in the U-District, as they finished one to two weeks early! wow, what a difference getting rid of those cable guides made! looks so much sleeker and more modern, i’m swooning 😉 anyhow, lots of stuff to do…. in…
just a shot from tonight in the garage, threw the tank back on, as it’s been sitting on the floor of the garage because i had it off to make the cam swap easier. -peter
