Wow, so it’s been awhile since I’ve had the SV out from under it’s table cloth covering, cowering in the corner of the garage like a wounded animal. (haha, what?!) But as it’s too cruddy to bike or really work on the Wagoneer, I was in need of a project to keep my idle mind…
so i guess i forgot to throw these up on the blog, but here is the sv sitting on it’s new ’04 GSXR600 rear wheel, as the one with the polished lip supposedly got lost in the mail, or so said the dude who sold it to me, lonnnggg story… cough, asshole, cough…. -peter
so, i finished getting the Volpe rideable as of yesterday… or maybe the day before, time is irrelevant 😉 anyhow, i got the SRAM X9 long cage rear derailleur on there with connected to the cranks by a KMC DX10SC 10spd chain. i ran into some issues with the top rear of the derailleurs cage…
so the gsr600 swingarm arrived today from over the pond in the uk, sending it off to zoran at twin works factory west on friday or saturday!!! measurements are looking awesome, cross your fingers and knock on wood! haha later, assisting work tomorrow, 🙂 -peter
